Flooded Bathroom Due to Toilet Overflow in Berkeley, CA

The photos shown above was a biohazard cleanup job that our SERVPRO professionals recently completed in Berkeley, CA.  Unfortunately the toilet in this non-profit school had overflowed causing the contaminated water to flood the bathroom floors and hallway area.   Our customer felt that this was a very serious situation once they noticed the toilet bowl and the surface of this bathroom had fecal matter all over it.  They simply made the right decision to call us immediately and request for a professional cleanup service.  Upon receiving the call, our technicians diligently cleaned, properly disposed of contaminants and sanitized the affected area.  Our customer couldn't be happier with the results, therefore they thanked us for doing a job well done.
