Flooded Carpet at Shoe Store

This flooded shoe store was the result of intensive rain due to storm.  The accumulated water made several pieces of ceiling to collapse to the floor.  There was a large water spots on the carpet floor as shown on before photo.  We responded within an hour of the call and our technicians determined the cause of damage and located where the leak originally came from.   They performed water extraction, remodeled all affected area and placed high velocity air movers immediately to promote faster drying.  Our customer was glad she called SERVPRO professionals and said that she would highly recommend us.
